1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Wachovianexus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to every visitor, registered user and account holder.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and transaction PIN, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify support immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts suspected of fraud or abuse until an investigation is complete.
3. Transfers, Payments & Fees
Transfer limits, minimum amounts and applicable fees are shown before you confirm any transaction and may be adjusted from time to time. Transfers cannot be reversed once confirmed. Tax bills or compliance holds may restrict outgoing transfers until resolved. Deposits via crypto require the stated number of network confirmations.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service, freeze balances, or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wachovianexus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes to These Terms
